Cafe 1511 serves Nyonya and Western cuisine with specialties including Nyonya laksa, otak-otak and pai tee, which is a thin and crispy pastry tart shell filled with a spicy, sweet mixture of thinly sliced vegetables and prawns. Cafe 1511 also serves iced lime juice, watermelon juice as well as tea and coffee to complement its delicious food.
